		1986 - Shepley was established, operating in a small unit in a suburb of Manchester 1988 - Moved over to the Rehau 60mm profile 1990 - The IT department was established, reflecting a dedication to new technologies 1991 - The company flourishes, outgrows its factory and moves to the new purpose built premises 1992 - Product development leads to a move over to an internally glazed 70mm system 1994 - Specifies multi-point locking system on windows and doors 1996 - Marketing department established alongside launch of the retail brand Visage® marketing support package 1997/99 - Twice voted Manufacturer and Fabricator of the year by industry specialists 2000 - New management take over Shepley 2000 - Open additional factory units to increase production capacity to 4000 frames per week 2001 - Company receives BS 7412 approval for PVCu casement windows 2001 - Launch of a new roof system offering customers a one-stop shop solution for conservatories 2002 - Launch of a new 70mm fully ornate, second generation PVCu system 2003 - Company receives BBA approval for conservatory roofs.
